Employees of ProLan Services Company have over 100 years of cumulative interpreting experience.  Since 2000, personnel have been actively involved in various DOE and U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) programs. These include the Material Protection, Control and Accounting (MPC&A) Program, the Nuclear Cities Initiative (NCI), the Initiative for Proliferation Prevention (IPP), the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI), HEU-LEU Transparency, Plutonium Disposition, Second Line of Defense (SLD), Solid-Rocket-Motor Disposition in Russia (SRMDP), Warhead Safety and Security Exchange (WSSX), Arctic Military Environmental Cooperation (AMEC) and others. 
 
ProLan Services Company has provided high-level interpretation support to various U.S. officials and staff during their negotiations with Rosatom, various commissioning ceremonies at DOE project sites and press conferences (including those with participation of officials of the RF).  ProLan Services Company possesses a comprehensive knowledge of the technical and scientific subject matter.  Personnel are easily accessible by phone (both office and cell), fax, e-mail, ICQ, and VOIP. 
 
Web-based scheduling makes it easy for our customers to track availability of staff.  Directors and interpreters of ProLan Services Company have traveled to a number of Rosatom sites in the past and are still actively supporting various U.S. teams during both off-site and on-site meetings.
